Liquor laws require a permit to sell or furnish alcohol. Rather than pass that complexity — and cost — on to you, we keep it simple: you purchase the alcohol yourself, and Red River Pours provides the trailer, the staff, the setup, and the service.
This model actually works in your favor. You get full control over what's stocked and how much you spend on the bar tab — without any markup from us on the alcohol itself.

After booking, we'll build a tailored alcohol shopping list based on your guest count, event duration, and preferred drinks. No guesswork on your end.
You Purchase the Alcohol
Pick it up at your preferred local retailer and have it ready at the venue. We'll coordinate the logistics with you in advance.
We Arrive, Set Up, and Pour
Red River Pours rolls in early, gets the trailer staged and stocked, and has the bar ready well before your first guests arrive.
We Handle Breakdown and Cleanup
When the last pour is made, we break everything down and leave the space exactly as we found it. Any unused alcohol is yours to take home.
