Craft beer, sparkling wine, cocktails, or non-alcoholic options — up to 2 of your 4 taps can pour custom cocktails at no extra charge.
Custom Drink Menu
A personalized menu card designed around your selections, printed and displayed at the trailer.
Eco-Friendly Supplies
Compostable cups, napkins, and ice service included for the full duration of your event.
Fully Insured
Red River Pours carries full liability insurance so your venue and event are covered.
On-Site Monitoring
Continuous monitoring of tap pressure, temperature, and supply levels throughout your event.
Up to 4 Hours of Service
Every booking covers up to 4 hours of full bar service and up to 100 guests. Additional hours are $250 each.
TABC-Certified Bartender
A TABC-certified bartender is included with every booking, trained in responsible service so your guests are in good hands.
Add-ons & upgrades

Custom Drinkware — $300
Leave your mark on every cup. Custom-printed disposable drinkware personalized with a name, logo, date, or anything else you'd like.
Custom Bar Sign — $250
An LED sign printed to your specification, affixed to the trailer during service in place of the Red River Pours sign. Yours to take home as a keepsake after the event.
Couple's Keepsake Glassware — $100
Custom glassware for the couple in place of standard cups — a personal touch during the event, and yours to take home as a keepsake after.
Additional Custom Cocktail — $200
Two custom cocktails are already included — turn a third or fourth tap into a signature creation for $200 per tap.
Garnish Station — $200
Interactive botanical and fresh fruit garnish display for a photo-ready, elevated touch.
Late Night Extension — $250/hour
Extended service past the included 4 hours for guests who never want to leave — added in one-hour increments.
$1,500 — up to 4 hours, up to 100 guests
Events over 100 guests add a flat $400 for supplies, and additional hours are $250 each. We never charge gratuity — the price you see is the price you pay. Reach out and we'll put together a custom proposal, usually within 24 hours.
